Holiday announcement…
This year at Christmas I’ll be taking the following time off:
Last day of work Wednesday 23rd December
First day back to work Monday 4th January.

I haven’t had any time off this year so looking forward to a break.
Also just to let you all know that I still haven’t been given a date for my knee op, as soon as that is given I’ll let you know.

Fridays walkies, 2 groups today starting on Uphill reserve and then later on the beach. Back to just a t shirt today, unbelievably warm!

Thursdays walkies, 3 groups again today starting on Uphill reserve, then St George’s fields and finishing on the beach.
Felt like summer again today!
And a lovely sunset from my back garden to finish…

Wednesdays walkies, a very busy day with 3 full walks. Started on Uphill reserve, second on the beach and finishing in the woods. We bumped into Sophie Clare from The Woof pack, Weston on the beach and both had a hard time preventing our dogs from devouring a picnic from a group that had set up one inches from my van door
Weather not too bad at all.

Tuesdays walkies and a much nicer day, at least until the last 10 minutes of the second walk when we got caught in a very heavy shower.
First walk on the beach, second in the woods.
Also I’m really sad to say it was Finn’s last day out with the pack. Finn is one of my original pack dogs that I took on right at the very start of my dog walking career. He’s got too lame and is struggling now, but I will miss him very much Lucy Wélls. He did thoroughly enjoy today though, especially as he got to have a swim in the receding tide

Mondays walks, both on the beach today as it was finally accessible after 2 weeks. Sorry absolutely no photos of the first walk as it was very heavy, incessant rain.
Which does remind me to ask you to please leave a towel out for your dogs so I can at least clean their paws and give them a better dry down. My collection get wet very quickly.

Fridays walk, just a little windy! Headed to Uphill reserve for my first walk, and because it was actually dangerously windy I cancelled my second. All my doggy clients had someone home with them so it felt the best thing to do.

Thursdays walkies, an unusually busy day for a Thursday and we welcomed a new member of the pack today, little Cyril.
Unfortunately Cookie thought every time I called “Cyril!” he thought I said squirrel 🐿️. He got a bit over excited.
Cyril is a big dog attitude in a small body and made his presence felt pretty quickly and didn’t take any nonsense from the others. He was extremely well behaved 🥰

Windy wet Wednesdays walkies. Though the sun did some out by the end!
3 groups today on Uphill reserve, St George’s fields and in the woods.
A very nasty encounter with a very aggressive male on my second walk has prompted me to think about getting a body cam.
Any recommendations?
