It’s been a rollercoaster journey, but it’s all been worth it. 🥰 Managing a veteran prone to gastric ulcers. ⬇

21-year-old Curtis is a Belgian Warmblood with the heart of a 2-year-old!

Holly got Curtis in February 2023 and soon realised something wasn’t right. 😞 After investigation, Curtis was found to have one of the worst cases of gastric ulcers his vets had seen. Curtis was treated for ulcers and with time and care, Holly could eventually start building him back up slowly.

Finding a feed routine to suit Curtis’ individual needs has been an important part of his journey. ✅ After struggling to find a feed that would help maintain Curtis’ muscle tone and top line, Holly spoke to a member of our nutrition team who recommended Senior Soft & Lite and Performance Balancer. ⬇

Isn't this weather bizarre few days ago was wrapped up hat gloves today mucking out in a t shirt its 13' degrees at the moment poor horses that have grown nice warm coats so strange 🐴

Mr Nevis 'Brodick' is looking for a loan home ideally to stay here in West kilbride we have great hacking, Working Hunter, show jumping courses 20x60m outdoor arena. Opportunity to join us at clinics shows
He's 5yo 13.3hh but my daughter has been riding him & shes 5,6 takes up the leg forward going but safe good in traffic is looking for an experienced rider loves jumping has been out to shows won championship,s has qualified for Caledonian Championship great to catch, good with farrier, loads, travels well good at stay away shows please share find him a new jockey 🐴
