With the weather still being too hot for my regulars to enjoy their usual walks. Drop ins have been offered instead.

Here is the lovely Gladys and Edna enjoying their ice cubes to help keep them cool 😍.

Polite reminder to keep your pets cool in this warmer weather.

Avoid walking your dog’s in the peak weather, try early morning or later in the evening. Your dog won't die from from missing a walk but the effects of heat stroke can be life threatening!

Provide plenty of fresh clean water for your pets.

Provide shaded areas where possible.

Restrict strenuous excerise.

Murphy enjoying his drop in sessions today.
Walks temporarily paused due to the heat and imposed risk of heat stroke.
As you can see Murphy enjoys his shade 😍.

Your pet's welfare will always come first whilst in my care.

This little lady is Missy. Missy is diabetic, I've had the pleasure of visiting Missy for drop in visits whilst her owner was away. During these visits I would carefully weigh out her food and inject her with her insulin.

Pictured below is the gorgeous girl a couple months ago (picture from owner) this is when Missy had a sensor fitted for the purpose of measuring and monitoring her insulin levels. The second picture shows Missy eating out of her automatic feeder that I would set up daily so that she would get regular small snacks throughout the day inbetween the two meals I would give her during my drop ins.

❓️Does your pet have medical needs, worried about who will look after them when you go away ❓️

Feel free to drop me a message to see how I can help you 🐾❤️
