“Have nothing but positive feedback for Ritchie and the team at PHG. We’ve been using their service for a few years now and have never had any problems - not one! We were fairly nervous to leave our cats as they weren’t very old at the time we started using PHG added to which they were Bengal cross who are know to be a bit temperamental. From the get go, our girls took to Ritchie and it’s been a friendship ever since. When we are away Ritchie keeps us updated with photos and information as to their well-being - this is so appreciated and very comforting! Our home is left neat and tidy after visits and most importantly our girls are relaxed and happy when we return from being away. Cannot recommend enough - we’re fans.”

“We have used PHG and in particular Ritchie's services for nearly two years. Weekly he takes our much loved Border terrier out for a group walk/exercise. We know our dog enjoys the time by the reception he gives to Ritchie every time he comes to pick him up. Ritchie is always friendly, positive and professional, has provided us with tips and suggestions, as well as providing photos of our dog whilst he is with him. "Ritchie is awesome, my dog has the most amazing time and is so excited to see Ritchie and go on his walks, he always comes back ready to nap. The photos of his walks each week and updates of the day allow us to see what fun he has. Ritchie and Amber make owning a pet and working easy and if needing additional walks or holiday cover they always come up trumps."
