Shadow at Victoria K9 Services 🐾

Shadow has been coming to me for a little while now, and what a difference I've seen in this lovely girl! 💙

When I first met Shadow, she was a nervous little lady. Although she was always incredibly well-behaved and allowed me to groom her, she would shake and look sad. I fell completely in love with her on our very first meeting. 💙

Having started her life as a street dog in Bosnia, Shadow didn't have the easiest start in life.

Fast forward to today, and just look at her! 💙

She's now confidently getting herself into the bath, hopping onto the grooming table and, best of all, genuinely enjoying her grooming sessions!

The difference in her confidence is wonderful to see.

And to be honest, I can't take the credit for Shadow's progress. That belongs to her wonderful mum and dad, who have put so much time, patience, love and hard work into helping her become the happy, confident girl she is today. She really is an absolute credit to them. 💙

Sometimes the biggest achievements aren't about the groom itself, but about watching a dog learn to trust, relax and actually enjoy something they once found frightening.

And seeing Shadow happily getting herself into the bath says more than words ever could! 🐾💙

I'm so proud of how far this beautiful girl has come! 💙
