Please be mindful of your comments...

Today we have said a goodbye to our beloved Casper & Romanie 💔
They have been retired at grass for around 3 years now with John & Co. Looking after them and doing a great job!

But unfortunately Casper's health is deteriorating & we don't want him to suffer & his beloved girlfriend Romanie is lame with bad arthritis & we feel as a team letting one go without the other would just be to upsetting for them both!

We would love the comments to be filled of old memories of both these super stars 💔🥰

Surprise glow up 🥰👑

As many of you know Bess had a surprise foal in 2022, whom we named Surprise 🥳

She's been out at grass for the last few years to grow be a young horse & make friends..
She came home earlier this year and the staff have been handling her preparing to back her.

So here she is !!

She is hacking out very well for a 4 year old and has just started going onto the school and learning more & more each time.
Till is very pleased with so fars progress & felt we needed a Surprise glow up post 🥰

Let's watch the work continue & see where it takes us 💪🏼💞

With regards to some very uncalled for comments on our post about retiring our beloved horses

If you have nothing kind to say maybe don't write anything !!!

This is very hard on Tess and the staff to have 2 of our BEST HORSES retire at such a young age.

After 80 years Tess feels very hurt that people can write such negative comments, people must understand that it's in the horses best interest to have a happy retirement and live out their days being horses

Would it be more fair to put to sleep a healthy wonky horse who VETS HAVE DEEMED ok to retire and be a horse.... And live out their days in a field being friends with others.

Staying at the riding school is unfair as we don't have enough grass and turn out.

We do NOT BELIEVE putting a well loved wonky riding school horse down is FAIR.

Both our beloved horses have potentially found FANTASTIC homes!!! So thank you for the lovely comments we did have and sharing.

Feline and blaze will get to live out their days being groomed and having the BEST live ever!!!

We appreciate all the ongoing support from everyone.

A huge well done and congratulations to the riders who passed their BHS Ride Safe earlier today.

This is a significant milestone and a testament to their hard work, dedication and commitment to pass this course.

The BHS Ride Safe award is the initial step on the ladder to becoming a qualified coach.
