Does anyone know this man?????

Today 12.50ish I was walking a customers dog along Sandford millennium green and this dog came out of no where off lead and attacked my customers dog.

I shouted to the owner to recall his dog several times and put it on a lead.

Dog kept attacking and the dog I was walking was protecting herself, I managed to separate them and pulled my dog behind me and the black dog came again so YES I kicked it.

Eventually the man came around the corner, I shouted at him to get it under control and put a lead on it and all he said was ‘ It’s just a puppy and I’m a stupid girl for not knowing any better’ 🤦‍♀️🤦‍♀️🤦‍♀️

I do know better by keeping my dog in a lead unless in an enclosed space whether they are aggressive or not.

So please anyone know who this man is and where he lives please let me know, I will be going to the police.

Photos aren’t very good but it’s the best I could do whilst trying to check over my dog
