Fred hates getting his nails clipped so when I saw this new super duper contraption getting advertised I was right on it 🤣 took a couple of weeks to get here but today was the big day 😁 .. to be fair it looked like the advert when I set it up and bigger than I expected but the material is easy stretched and as you can see Fred was not impressed when he went in .. hes 6kg ... if he had seen nail clippers he would have escaped that in a flash .. so if anyone is thinking of buying one I wouldnt bother .. might be good for cats 🤔 I've put a pic in the comments of what it looked like for sale 🤣🤣🤣❤️

Im seeing a few posts about dog walkers offering adventure walks but then hosting them in secure feilds .. there wasn't secure feilds back in the day but I see them popping up everywhere and I am interested in how you walk the dogs in these feilds .. do you just let them run around knowing they cant escape ? Or do u walk around the feild with them for the hour? Do you do training with them .. recall, obedience etc .. from my experience as a dog walker there are a few I would have liked to have a fence around but these feilds aren't that big so what do you do for an hour ? Do you maybe meet up with other dog walkers and share the space?

I always love a good story of how you met your dog .. its amazing how many different ways they come into your life and it's actually not always that you decided to get a dog .. sometimes the dog finds you and thats exactly what happened with our Buddy Jr .. I had the dog cave open in London Rd for a couple of years and a lovey lady came in with a young sh*tzu .. we where chatting and she told me she was going to have to find him a new home as she was ill 🥲 when she came to get him i think it was obvious we had become pals as she asked me if I wanted him .. I had Star then and I thought a young dog was just what he needed to keep him going so I said yes and full of excitement called my mum to tell her we had a new family member and because we had already had a Buddy before and I didn't want to change the name his mum had given him we called him Buddy Jr .. so there was me delighted thinking I was now a 2 dog owner again until my dad called all excited and wanting to have a video call with HIS new pal 🤣 my mum and dad hadn't had a dog for a few years as ther last dog passing 'Misty the Westie' had my mum saying she just couldn't go through losing another .. so here I am on the video call with my dad arguing about who's dog Buddy Jr was until he said .. 'he needs to come stay with me' ... 'your mum might not change her change her mind again' 🤣 so Buddy Jr went to stay with them in 'Spoiltville' and became my dad's walking bestie and my mums cuddle monster.. we lost my mum a few years later and i honestly dont think my dad would have coped so well without his wee pal so he was definately the 'dog they needed' 🥰. Bud bud will be 10 this year and hes always been such a great wee dog ..part of the clan and loves a walk with his pals Isla & Fred ❤️❤️❤️
