If your pet has had their latest vaccination, please send us an updated vaccination card before their next stay.

You can either:
📱 Send us a soft copy before drop-off, or
📖 Show us the hard copy when you drop them off.

This helps us keep your pet’s vaccination records up to date before their stay.

🐾 The Emotional Side of Pet Care

When you care for someone else’s pet, you naturally care about more than their daily routine.

You care about how they are feeling, whether they are comfortable, and whether they are doing well.

Today, a client told us that their dwarf hamster is over two years old and quite elderly. They kindly said:

“We wanted to let you know in advance so you don’t worry or feel responsible if anything happens while you’re looking after him.”

When they dropped him off, they added:

“If I were the pet sitter, I would feel a lot of pressure too.”

That really stayed with us.

Because no matter how carefully we care for a pet, especially an elderly one, there are things we simply cannot control.

We have experienced difficult moments while caring for pets, including losing a pet while they were in our care. Those moments are emotional for us too, but there are still other pets depending on us. We have to compose ourselves and continue giving them the calm, attentive care they deserve.

That’s a part of professional pet care that isn’t always visible.

And sometimes, a little understanding from a client means more than they realise. 🤍
