Just a quick heads up that I will be away from tomorrow, Thursday the 16th, until Thursday the 23rd.
Any messages and calls received while I am away will be answered on Friday the 24th when I am back at work.

🚨 IMPORTANT UPDATE: Upcoming Closures, Holiday Bookings & Salon Clarification!🚨
Hey everyone! I hope you and your fur-babies are having a wonderful week. I have a few really important updates regarding my calendar and the salon, so please take a quick second to read through! 👇
✨1. MY UPCOMING HOLIDAY & FAMILY CLOSURES ✨
To help you plan ahead, here are all the upcoming dates Grooms By Lauren will be closed this year whilst I take some well-deserved family time, holidays, and school break time with the kids:

☀️ July 16th – July 23rd: Away on holiday
👩‍👧‍👦 July 27th – August 2nd: Off with the kids summer holidays
🏖️ August 17th – August 23rd: Off for the kids summer holidays
🍦 August 25th – August 27th: Off with the kids summer holidays
✈️ September 10th – September 15th: Away on holiday
🌲 September 23rd – September 27th: Away on holiday
🍁 October 26th – November 1st: Half Term break (Closed except for 1 specific day I've had to open to squeeze a few in!)
🥂 November 6th – November 13th: Closed for my 30th Birthday Celebration & family holiday! 🎈
🎄 December 21st – December 28th (TBC): Off for Christmas break
⚠️ Please Note: If your dog is already booked in during any of the time off listed above, don't panic! I will be in contact with you directly to rearrange your appointment.

🔥 2. REMAINING SPOTS ARE VANISHING FAST!🔥
Because of all these closures and how fast the year is flying by, I am officially down to minimal appointments left for the remainder of the year. Believe it or not, the last week of December is already almost completely full! 🐾

If you want to make sure your dog is looking fresh and fluffy for the holidays and gets their regular slots for the rest of the year, you seriously need to get rebooking ASAP. Once these spots are gone, they are gone, and I’d hate for any of my regulars to miss out.

✂️ 3. A QUICK NOTE REGARDING "THE PAW HAUS BY ROBYN" ✂️

I’ve also been getting a lot of messages lately trying to book with Robyn through my page, so I just wanted to clear up a little confusion:
• The Paw Haus By Robyn is a completely separate, independent business.
• Robyn is a table renter; she is not employed by Grooms By Lauren.
• Because we run entirely separate companies, I do not have access to her diary or schedule (so I haven't got a clue what her availability is like!).

The great news is that Robyn is still taking on new clients! However, she only works Mondays, Thursday afternoons, and Saturdays, meaning her days fill up incredibly quickly.

Hi everyone ☺️

With the weather warming up quite drastically over the next few days, I wanted to let you know how I’ll be managing things at the salon.

Dog welfare is always the top priority, luckily the unit tends to stay cool, but the dryers can make the space quite hot, I’ll be keeping a close eye on the temperature. If it gets too warm during the day, I may need to contact you and move some grooms to cooler evening appointments.

PLEASE don't walk your dogs to the salon in this heat, this prevents them from overheating or burning their paws.

As always ill have fresh, cold water available at all times.

It's always worth considering a shorter trim in this weather to help keep your pooches feeling comfortable.

Olives turn for a much needed spruce up before our trip down south.🐾
