🌿 Mare Space Available – Track System Livery (Chesterfield) 🌿
We have a space available for a mare only on our peaceful, established track system. This is full livery only for barefoot/ horses who are happy to transition on site
✨ What’s included?
• Ad-lib hay fed twice daily via a variety of nets, feeding boxes & larger hay stations
• Loose hay available for those who need it
• Fresh water available 24/7, with daily refresh of all water stations and buffet areas
• Shelters cleaned daily, with hay provided during hot or poor weather so horses can choose comfort
• Poo picking twice daily
• Regular worm counts, plus one annual wormer after the first frost
• Two sandpits (one newly added!) – perfect for comfortable rest and a firm favourite spot
• Two large open areas for feeding, play, and rolling
• Minimum 6m track width throughout, with feeding areas over 12m wide to allow plenty of space
• Multiple hay stations to ensure all horses—regardless of herd dynamics—always have access
• Optional winter grazing for those who benefit from it
• Secure tack room with CCTV, individual bays & rug storage
• Wash and tie-up areas for grooming, vet, and farrier visits
• Holding included:
– Annual dentist visit
– Trimmer (if using yard trimmer, as needed)
– Monthly vet/physio visit
All worming is organised by us (cost covered by owner unless you prefer to manage it yourself).

💛 What are we looking for?
This isn’t first come, first served. We have a quiet, elderly herd who spend their days eating, resting, and grooming each other. We’re looking for a mare and owner who will complement this calm, friendly environment. Our yard is made up of supportive, like-minded people who simply enjoy their horses.
