Winter Training

I am running an online (Facebook)agility foundation and jump technique program over the winter - November through March (inclusive).
Each week will include:
3x foundation exercises
1x jumping exercise - 1 - 2 jumps and cones - minimal space required
Bonus dog fitness exercises
£25 pcm (5x months) - no tie in
