We are super sad to let everyone know that we have lost our precious Emerald DF in a fight with colic 💔
Rest in peace 🕊️ our angel. We still can’t wrap our heads around the fact that you have left us and crossed the rainbow bridge to be with ur daughter and others.
She was a sassy girl loved by her rider / owner Kennedy and her family. With a mind of her own and attitude like ‘I’m the boss and it’s my way’ , she always made sure she put smile on everyone’s face. She was only 8 and had two beautiful daughters -Amethyst DF (who’s 5 y.o and showing in Manitoba) and Tess (a bay filly by Montender that was born a month early and didn’t survive)
Emerald was a food driven horsey. She would do anything for foooooood. Writing this is making me emotional and I can’t tell you how much we love her. With her passing away, we have lost a part of ourselves 😭🙏
This is super saddening and heartbreaking.
May your beautiful and sassy soul rest in peace darling. Our heart will always belong to you and will miss you for sure.

A name that means God’s strength and was specifically chosen for this handsome boy because of his fight for life during his hard birth.

GUYSSS THE WAIT IS OVER……….
After giving birth to 8 fillies in her lifetime, Zena QV (Quite easy I X Burggraaf) has finally given birth to a very beautiful boy. Pictures will be posted shortly.

And just like that Halo DF became champion of the 5 years old young horse class and Quintender DF became champion of 0.85 at summer smiles show.
