We’re back 🌸🥰

Our website is officially open for orders again, and I’m so happy to be back. Thank you, truly, for your continued patience and support—it never goes unnoticed. ❤️
A quick update as I ease back in: sola atta balls are currently very low in stock, and there is a minimum two-week wait period for them at this time. If they’re a favourite, I sincerely appreciate your understanding while I work through restocking.

I also want to be transparent about U.S. shipping. Despite doing everything I can on my end, shipping to the U.S. continues to be a challenge. 🥲 I’m willing to wait a little longer to see if things improve, but at this point, I’m unsure whether they will. Because of this, there may be changes moving forward that affect my U.S. customers. I promise to communicate clearly before anything changes.

On a brighter note, my flock is doing wonderfully 🐦
Blossom, Muffin, Sky, and Olive Bloom are all happy, healthy, and keeping me busy as ever. 🌸

The winter collection is still available, though some items are a bit low in stock for the season. If something has caught your eye, now is a good time to take a look.

As 2025 comes to an end, I just want to pause and say thank you 🤍 This year has meant so much to me, both personally and as a small business owner. In 2025, 193 orders were placed, and I am genuinely grateful for every single one. Your support keeps this dream alive, and it never goes unnoticed.

Giving back has always been important to Feather Beautiful, and this year I was honored to donate to:
• Parrot Partners Canada
• The Hamilton Aviary
• The Parrot Sanctuary (Sammy & Oscar’s Parrot Sanctuary)
• The Nest Companion Bird Care & Rehabilitation Society
• As well as local animal shelters
I plan to continue and grow these donations in 2026, especially during such a difficult time for rescues and shelters.

Feather Beautiful will be on a seasonal break from January 1st, 2026 to January 12th, 2026. During this time, the website will not be accessible, however all existing orders will still be processed. Small update, for now 🎄

I wanted to share a quick note, with more in-depth details to come as time goes on.

I’m currently working behind the scenes on our Boxing Day Sale, which will take place for one day only on December 26th. It will be a store-wide sale, and I’m really excited to finally bring this together as we wrap up the year.

As we get closer to the end of the year, I’ve been feeling incredibly grateful. Your support—every order, message, and kind word—has meant more to me than I can put into words. Thank you for being part of this journey.

After the sale, I’ll be taking a holiday leave, and the shop will be temporarily closed, meaning purchases will not be available during that time. I’ll be sharing exact dates as we get closer, so please stay tuned.

It brings me deep sadness to share that Feather Beautiful will no longer be offering international shipping. Over the years, this little business has introduced me to some incredibly kind people around the world — many of whom have become dear friends and loyal supporters. Knowing that our toys and stationery brought joy to birds and bird lovers globally has meant more to me than I can express.

However, the challenges behind the scenes have grown heavier each year. New regulations, constant changes, and complicated requirements have made it extremely difficult for me to keep up as a one-woman business. After doing everything I could for as long as I could, I’ve had to make the heartbreaking decision to discontinue international shipping. I truly hope you know how painful this decision has been, especially knowing I may be letting down repeat customers who have supported me so generously.

Going forward, Feather Beautiful will only be shipping within Canada and the United States. Even with U.S. shipping, I am continuing to face ongoing obstacles with packages and requirements. I am holding on as tightly as I can, trying to stay positive and find solutions, and if anything ever changes for the better, I will update my American customers right away.

Thank you for every order, every kind word, and every bit of encouragement. It has never been taken for granted. I’m sending love to everyone who has supported Feather Beautiful beyond borders — I’m deeply grateful for you, and I hope one day I’ll be able to serve you again.
