Hello Helpful Hound Friends 💗. Piper has cancer, can you help?

January 19th update:

The Trazadone worked...after we got home! (OOPS) He was snoring on the sofa for hours🤣. Next appointment we will give it 2 hours before and slightly up the dose.

Bloodwork looks good.
Slightly low: WBC(White Blood Cells), NEU(Neutrophils) and LYM(Lymphocytes) - All expected after Chemo.
Right side lymph nodes now almost gone. Left side Lymph nodes have shrunk by about 30-50%. So far partial remission, could see more shrinkage in the next week. Pic of report and results added to photos.

Piper has the go ahead to get a Vincristine Infusion on February 2nd, followed by his 2nd Lomustine treatment the following week if he tolerates the Vincristine well. The hope is that this will push him into full remission.

January 12th:

On Dec. 22nd we discovered swollen lymph nodes on Piper's neck. We then saw our vet on Dec.28th who confirmed suspicion of Lymphoma. On January 12th, with help from friends and family, we consulted the oncologist who confirmed Large Cell Lymphoma and assessed Piper to be at Stage 3a and remains healthy at this point. His prognosis is excellent with Chemo Treatments. On Jan.12th, we began a single-agent CCNU Chemo protocol.

Piper was administered Lomustine (CCNU protocol), his lymph nodes have begun to shrink, and it's helping to buy us a bit of time to raise funds for better, stronger Chemo. The goal is to get Piper at least 2 to 3 treatments cycles of Doxorubicin combined with Vincristine to put him into full remission. This stronger Chemo could get us 6-12 months, possibly more. Diagnosis, Invoices and Estimates are included in the post.
