🎓🐾 FIRST SEMESTER IN THE BOOKS! 📸

What an incredible first semester at Easy Breezy Daycare! 💙 It's been amazing watching these dogs grow in confidence, build friendships, learn to regulate their emotions, and make better choices each week. Even more rewarding has been hearing from their families about the HUGE changes they're seeing at home and out in the real world. This is exactly why I created this structured program! 🥹🐾

And of course, we couldn't wrap up our very first semester without SCHOOL PHOTOS & REPORT CARDS!!

What better way to celebrate than bringing back those iconic 80s laser backgrounds?! 😂📸

I've even included my very own Grade 6 school photo for inspiration (and a good laugh 🤣). Note to self: Don't cut your own hair the night before class photos lol Ginette Spraynette 😁

Enjoy our very first Easy Breezy class photos! 💙🐶

🏆🐾 EASY BREEZY DOG OF THE WEEK – CLÉO! 🐾🏆

Let’s hear it for our sweet, independent, energetic girl, Cléo! 💙

Cléo has come SO far since joining our Easy Breezy family!

When Cléo first started daycare, she had some BIG feelings, especially when Kyla left the room or wasn’t giving her attention. She had a lot to say about it! 😂 The Whoodle in her likes to use her voice to get your attention.

Fast-forward to today, and Cléo is a different dog! She’s about 90% less vocal, is becoming more social with her classmates, and happily heads to her mat when it’s time to relax.

But the best part? Her progress is carrying over into everyday life! 🙌

At home, Cléo and her daycare “cousin”, Pivot, are settling much more quickly, and Cléo is showing less leash reactivity on walks!

THIS is exactly what we love seeing! ❤️ It’s not just about how dogs behave at daycare. It’s about helping them develop the skills to regulate their emotions, make better choices, and bring those skills home with them.

We’re so proud of you, Cléo! Keep being your sweet, sassy, independent self! 🥰

🐀♥️ FINLAY IS BACK, BABY!!! ♥️🐀

Yesterday was a pretty special day for us. It was Finlay’s first ratting trial since he becamesick back in July. Being immunocompromised meant he couldn’t be around groups of unfamiliar dogs, so we’ve been out of the trial world for almost FOUR months!

We’re now finishing our first week of being down to just ONE 5 mg prednisone tablet daily! 🙌 I was a little worried about him last week, but he’s been full of energy, wanting to play, and acting more and more like his old self.

And yesterday? Well, you’d never know he’d been away from rats! 😂

He was SO ridiculously excited to be back. The whining, barking, and general lack of patience while waiting for his turn were in full force. LOL! Apparently, four months off did absolutely nothing for his enthusiasm!

🐀 BARN – Grand Champion Title Pursuit

🥇 Round 1: 9.08 seconds! TWO rats, a new personal best AND FIRST PLACE! 🎉

🐀 Round 2: 18.8 seconds! 🏅First place.

We are now just ONE Q away from his Grand Champion title in Barn!!! 🏆

🌿 BRUSH

Brush has always been more challenging. Finding two rats in 60 seconds has been more of a challenge and we still need seven Qs for this Grand Champion title.

🥈 Round 1: 36.04 seconds – SECOND PLACE!

🐀 Round 2: He actually found the second rat! He stuck his head in, and I could hear his teeth hit the tube, but he moved off too quickly without showing enough commitment to the find. We ended up timing out.

He was just so happy to hunt!!♥️

After everything this boy has been through since July, just watching him back doing something he absolutely LOVES was everything. ♥️

Welcome back, Finlay. I’ve missed watching you do your thing. ♥️🐀

🚨 BREAKING NEWS: TWO DOGS CAUGHT RED-PAWED! 🚨

Ellie and Jasper have been apprehended following an unauthorized excavation project at Easy Breezy Daycare.

Both suspects maintain their innocence despite overwhelming photographic evidence. 🤣

Authorities are still investigating whether this was a spontaneous digging spree or a premeditated landscaping operation.
