Chi Garden Farm-fresh vegetables & seeds. Chi Garden's page. Mushroom oil and other oil-based preservation. Chi Garden is an education farm. Email us to arrange.

Wild ferments - napa & Sunroot-based Kimchi and mountain dry ferment, variations of natto&miso, fresh & instant weekly ferments, mushroom oil, etc. Chi in Chinese or Japanese Kanji, has its origin from a common herb and much loved veg in some regions of these two countries, called dokudami or 蕺草 JICAO (Houttuynia cordata) that literally means "poison blocking plant”. We are an ecological small market garden, specialize in Asian veggies, herbs and raw fermented products such as Kimchi, mountain dry ferment, sauerkraut and chili sauce. We are a certified organic farm business (by Eco-cert certificate at https://shorturl.at/flGV4). We provide natural farming, fermentation, and food education sessions to groups and community centers, at our farm or client's locations. We cater veggie-forward small events. Experimental green house at Just Food 2026. We have more than 70 different plants/world crops demonstrated within 100ftx20ft crowded space. There are more than 30 heat-loving crops and seed-saving varieties. Before they are destroyed by the winter, come to visit them. Two footages show walks to the back and the return.
