A hunter week that deserves some spotlight! 🔦🏆

The Hunter Spectacular at Angelstone Events, was a week that reminded us just how much fun this sport can be. Our pony riders were absolutely incredible, stepping into the ring with confidence, poise, and plenty of great results to show for it. For our junior riders, it was a week filled with learning, hard work, and humility. We are proud of these partnerships every time they step in the ring!

Our team also had a fun Saturday Hunter Derby Night, as we cheered on Scarlett McEvoy and Capriati in the $5,000 Jeff Brandmaier Canadian Hunter Derby. And, to conclude the week, Natasha Skupsky rode Emma Lauzon’s Simon to a 2nd place finish in the combined Junior/Amateur Hunter Classic! ✨

The Fox & Oak ponies take on the main stadium! 💪🏻🤩

We couldn’t be more proud of our pony riders for the poise, professionalism, and confidence they showed stepping into the main stadium at Angelstone. It’s a big stage and an exciting atmosphere, and they handled it beautifully.

Experiences like these are about so much more than results, they’re invaluable preparation for what’s ahead as we work toward the Royal Winter Fair this fall. 🍁🏆

Addison McCann and Woodland’s Elf rode to 3️⃣ class wins including the Championship ribbon while Willa Schouten and Sugar Rush HD claimed the fourth win in the division as well!

We’re so grateful to have Julia’s expertise and help prepping our ponies and setting them up for success with their young riders each week. Having experienced riders to learn from, watch, and look up to is such an important part of developing the next generation.

Great mentorship goes far beyond the ring and we’re lucky to have it woven into everything we do at Fox & Oak. 🦊🌳
