**No two teams are exactly alike.**
Look at the picture.
On one side are **different dog personalities.**
On the other are **different handler personalities.**
Put them together and you get a completely different team.
A confident dog with a nervous handler isn't the same team as that dog with a confident handler.
A sensitive dog with an overprotective handler isn't the same team as that dog with a calm, confident handler.

The handler matters.

The goal isn't to make every dog behave exactly the same.
And it isn't to make every handler behave exactly the same.
**The goal is to build the right team.**
