šŸ† Huge Congratulations to Samantha Penelton and Rioā€™s Bonita W! šŸ†

Words cannot express how proud we are of Sammie for officially qualifying for the prestigious Royal Winter Fair in the Adult Amateur division with her horse of a lifetime šŸ’ž

Watching your dedication, grit, and growth in the ring over the past season has been an absolute privilege. Making it to the Royal is a massive milestone, and we couldnā€™t be happier to see you achieve something so well deserved.

A very special thank you to Bonita for being such an extraordinary mare šŸ§”. There is truly something special about a mare like Bonita, and watching the bond she shares with Sammie over the years has been such a privilege. šŸ“āœØ

A heartfelt thank you to Alanna Turney for providing Samantha with the opportunity to have such a special horse in her life. A partnership like this is something truly meaningful, and we are so grateful Sammie and Bonita have found each other. ā¤ļø

An accomplishment like this takes a village, and it couldnā€™t have happened without our incredible Oakdale barn family, friends, and, of course, your aunt and parents. A huge thank you to our wonderful community who have watched Sammie and Bonitaā€™s journey, cheered them on, and reminded us all that dreams really can come true. A special thank you to Christine Dejordy, Nicole Scott, and DJ and Lucy Murtagh for all your help and support throughout the season. We appreciate your kindness more than you know. šŸ™

And finally, we know Squishy is looking down on you, Sam, eating a cruller and giving you the biggest thumbs-up. šŸ‘šŸ¦„ā¤ļø

Congratulations again, Sammie! We are so proud of you and canā€™t wait to cheer you and Bonita on at the Royal!

Good luck to everyone from Ottawa heading to the Royal this year. See you all there!

Some partnerships are simply meant to last a lifetime. šŸ’™šŸ’ššŸ’›

A huge congratulations to Sarah MacNeil on re-leasing Dimitri K for an incredible 9th year! šŸ„¹šŸ“

Dimitri has always been Sarahā€™s heart horse, and the connection between these two is something truly special. After all these years, their bond runs deeper than words can describe, built through countless rides, milestones, challenges, celebrations, and all of the little moments in between.

Horses have a remarkable way of touching our lives in ways we never could have imagined. They become part of our stories, our memories, our growth, and ultimately, a part of who we are. Some come into our lives for a chapter, while others become a constant, the ones we come back to year after year, no matter where life takes us. ā¤ļø

Dimitri and Sarah are a beautiful reminder that some connections are just meant to be. Hereā€™s to year nine and all the memories still to come! āœØ

A very special thank you to Colleen Howard for her continued support of Sarah and for once again allowing her to lease such a special horse. Weā€™re incredibly grateful for the opportunity to keep this partnership going. šŸ’•

Congratulations to Emma Casavant and the Casavant family on the purchase of Superfly! šŸŽ‰šŸ“

A partnership that began in 2026, along with a change of discipline into the jumper ring, has made this duo so exciting to watch!

Congratulations to all of our clients that participated at the Gaelic Glen rewind and The Parks 1. Special thanks to Shelby our braider for our beautiful braids in honor of LizšŸ’œšŸ©µ. This weekend, our friend Liz Coventry was on our minds and in our hearts. Liz was full of life and always did her best to support everyone unconditionally. She was a beautiful person, with a huge heart and an infectious smile. We have suffered a great loss to the community. Mental health does not belong to one profession it belongs to all of us. Letā€™s be sure to listen to each other. Support each other. Letā€™s focus on what counts. We donā€™t know what the other person is going through. If one conversation can remind someone they matter, letā€™s keep showing up every single day.
