Dear Clients,
There seems to be an ongoing issue lately with late arrivals and no-shows, and I need to address it.
When a client does not show up for an appointment, that time cannot always be filled last minute. This is my livelihood — it is how I pay my mortgage, support my family, and keep my business running. Repeated no-shows and last-minute cancellations have a serious impact on my income and schedule.
Going forward, late fees and no-show fees will be strictly enforced:
• Full Groom Appointments: $65 late/no-show fee
• Nail Trims & A**l Glands: $15 late/no-show fee
Please understand that paying the fee does not cover the cost of your missed groom. If you reschedule for the following week, the regular grooming cost will still apply, as I am taking additional time out of my schedule to accommodate another appointment.
I always try my best to be flexible and understanding when emergencies or schedule changes come up. If you need to move or cancel your appointment, I simply ask that you contact me a few days in advance whenever possible so I can make arrangements.
I truly appreciate all of my loyal and respectful clients, and I am asking everyone to please be mindful of my time. Respecting appointment times helps me continue providing the best care and service for all of you and your pets.
