Today August 15, we are at Main Farmers Market with veggies! Our tomatoes are finally ready!!! Plus we have Eggplant, Cucumber, Carrots, Beets, Bitter melon, Green onions, Onions, Fingerling potatoes, Pole beans, Hot pepper, Malabar spinach, Sweet potato shoots, Tender Asian cabbage and Rhubarb and a few tart berries: Sea buckthorn, Currants.

Sunday July 12, from 11am to 2pm 7 Hues EcoFarm is at Just Food Farm Stand as part of the Blackburn Hamlet garden tour, under the pavilion at 2391 Pepin Court.
We will have freshly picked organically grown produce
Berries:
raspberry (red & black), currants (pink champagne, white, red, black).
Vegetables:
potato fingerlings , sugar snap peas, cabbage, kohlrabi, fresh garlic, garlic scapes, garlic chives, green onion, rhubarb and more.
Products: our signature Beyond chili oil, fermented chili sauce, Haskap berries jam, calendula cream and herbal teas.

Haskap season is here! These berries are packed with nutrients and contain higher levels of antioxidants than blueberries. Their tart flavor can take a little creativity to fully appreciate, but they are wonderfully versatile.

Besides eating them fresh, you can add haskaps to smoothies, make jam, or mix them into yogurt. This morning, I stirred some raw haskap purée with honey into my homemade cashew yogurt—it was absolutely delicious!

Enjoy this short but wonderful haskap season while it lasts!

We are at Seedling Saturday May 9 Just Food Farm Stand. 🌱 We will bring diverse seedlings in limited quantity — just extra from the cultivars we grow for our own farm use.

🍅 Tomatoes (12 varieties); 🌶️ Peppers (5 varieties); Asian Long Eggplant; 🌸 Flowers (Calendula, Zinnias, Marigolds, Cosmos); 🌿 Perennials (Echinacea, Raspberry, Sea Buckthorn); 🥬 Greens & Others (Bitter Melon, Curly Endive - 苦菊, Zucchini, Long Squash - 砍瓜).

🫙 We will also bring our signature products: Fermented chili sauce & Beyond chili oil, as well as
a new product, Calendula cream, plus some Herbal teas.
