Dear Woofland family, I am writing to share a brief update. I recently had an emergency surgery and am currently recovering.
It was a super tragic time, but I am trying to think positively—I made it in time and dodged the absolute worst case. (😊 I am still alive!!)
I had to cancel appointments at the last minute, so some of you already knew my situation,
I would like to say thank you for all the kind words and it means a lot❤️
Full recovery takes about 6 weeks. My doctor strictly advised not to lift anything, bend my body, or groom dogs for 4 weeks. Under the condition that my healing goes well, I might be able to start very gradually with tiny dogs around week 2, but I can’t promise anything yet, and I need to focus on my body first.
Full-time grooming for large dogs won’t be possible until the end of October. Because of this, online booking is currently closed.
When I am ready to get back to work, based on the size of your dogs and in order of cancellations, I will reach out individually and set up the appointments for you.
If your dog desperately needs grooming for their comfort in the meantime, please consider looking into an alternative groomer.
