2027 SAVE THE DATES!

As we enter the last weeks of maternity leave over here I’d like to thank each and every client that I worked with throughout this pregnancy. What a wild ride.
I am now at the point where I get to breathe or tie my boots, not ever both. So of course, we are resting and planning seminars for next year!

2027 SAVE THE DATES!

April 24/25 - Obedience and Problem Solving Seminar with Riley

June 04/05/06 - Working Your Working Dog Seminar with Cassandra and Rock

July 24/25 - Charlie Randolph - Protection Workshop

Tentative dates -

August 07/08 - Shaun Thankachen - PSA and decoy development

Herding Seminar - dates to be determined.

Prices, spots available, and audit spots will all be determined in the new year this is but a save the date post for our regulars! We are so excited for this year coming up and cannot wait to share the activities planned with you all!

Now everyone say a prayer for me that I am not growing a 10 pound baby.

It doesn’t matter HOW good the board and train was. Or how skilled the trainer.

Dogs will only be as trained as their owners allow them to be.

Let it all slide— and your dog will pretend they know nothing. Hold the standard, and you’ll continue having a trained dog for a lifetime.

The cool part is, YOU get to choose which dog you have.

Quick quiz: Is this dog (just a stock image!) considered on-leash in Kitimat?

Well, this pup has the right idea but not entirely!

In Kitimat, there are specific off-leash areas but otherwise dogs need to be on a leash and under a person's care and control.

What that means is:

🐕‍🦺 The dog must be leashed AND that leash is attached to the person in control of the animal. (Sorry Stock Image Dog, you can't hold your own leash.)
🐕‍🦺 You cannot leave an animal tied-up and unattended in public, such as while running into a store.
🐕‍🦺 Even in off-leash areas, all animals must still be under the care and control of its person. (For example, your dog will listen if you call it.)

Oh and also, please pick after your pet! Use a pet waste bag (available throughout the community) and put it into a garbage bin. (Also available throughout the community.)

Do I know anyone interested in the worlds cutest border collie x Aussie? This 3 year old boy is utd on vx, dewormer, BRAvecto, and had a dental done this year. He is so fun and full of life. Excellent helper around the yard but is definitely not living his best life yet - would love a crazy dog person of his own.

Please PM for more info!
