JUSTICE FOR FAITH — WE WILL BE THERE!!! PROTEST!
Enough is enough. Animal cruelty must come with serious consequences.
Kitchener Stray Cat Rescue is proud to announce that I, along with many of our dedicated volunteers, will be attending the Justice for Faith protest on November 7th in Niagara Falls.
Faith was a beautiful, innocent tortoiseshell cat who suffered unimaginable cruelty and abuse for 2 years . Her injuries were so severe that she ultimately had to be euthanized.
She deserved love, protection, and a chance at life. Instead, she suffered unimaginable pain and cruelty.
As someone who has dedicated years of my life to rescuing abused, neglected, and abandoned cats, I am absolutely disgusted by how lightly animal cruelty can be treated in our justice system.
I’ve seen more abuse, neglect, and cruelty than anyone should ever have to witness. I’ve held suffering animals in my arms. I’ve watched innocent lives slip away because of human cruelty.
I’ve seen things that will stay with me forever. And I’m tired!!!! I’m angry!!!! And I’m absolutely sick and tired of watching people get a slap on the wrist for making innocent animals suffer. When is enough going to be enough?
We need change, and we need it now. I’m going to fight for Faith, and I’m going to be loud!
I refuse to sit quietly while innocent animals are tortured, sexually abused, neglected, and killed, only for those responsible to face minimal consequences.
We see the suffering. We rescue the victims. We fight to save their lives, and far too often the people responsible face little accountability. A slap on the wrist is not justice.
We need stricter animal cruelty laws, tougher penalties, and meaningful jail sentences for those who deliberately torture, sexually abuse, or kill innocent animals.
Sexual abuse of animals, including be******ty, is a horrific violation of innocent, defenceless lives.
Anyone who deliberately inflicts this kind of suffering must face serious consequences.
Animals cannot defend themselves. They cannot tell us what happened. They cannot stand in a courtroom and demand justice. But we can !!!!
We have to be there for Faith. We are her voice. We are the voice of every innocent animal who has suffered abuse and every animal who may suffer in the future if we do not stand up and demand change.
Faith cannot speak for herself, but we can. Faith may no longer have a voice, but she has mine. She has the voices of our volunteers, our supporters, and every animal lover who refuses to accept this injustice.
I will stand for Faith. I will fight for Faith. And I will keep fighting for every innocent animal who cannot fight for themselves.
On November 7th, we will stand together with other animal advocates to demand justice, accountability, and stronger protection for animals.
This isn’t just a protest. This is a demand for change!
We encourage our supporters, fellow rescues, volunteers, and everyone who believes animals deserve protection to join us in Niagara Falls, Ontario, Saturday, November 7th, 10 a.m.
Bring your signs, wear your rescue shirts, and most importantly, bring your voices.
For those who are unable to attend the protest, we would still love for you to be part of this important movement.
We will gladly accept any posters or signs you’re willing to make, and our volunteers will proudly carry them on your behalf. Even if you cannot physically stand beside us, your voice can still be heard.
Every sign matters. Every voice matters. Together, we can demand change. Faith’s life mattered.
Her suffering mattered. And her death must not be forgotten.
We cannot bring Faith back, but we can fight to help prevent other innocent animals from suffering the same fate.
I am done being quiet!!. I am done accepting excuses!!!! And I am done watching innocent animals suffer while those responsible walk away with little more than a slap on the wrist.
I have spent years fighting to save animals who have been abandoned, neglected, abused, and left to suffer. I have seen enough heartbreak to last a lifetime. And now I’m asking myself, how many more innocent animals have to suffer before our laws and our justice system take animal cruelty as seriously as it deserves?
How many more animals have to be tortured?
How many more have to be sexually abused?
How many more have to die?
How many more Faiths will there be before something changes?
Faith deserved better. Every animal deserves better. And I will not stop fighting until their voices are heard. No more excuses. No more slaps on the wrist. We want justice for Faith!
