Easy words to say to someone not easy to answer.
I will admit, I'm not the type of person to reachout to anyone but I'm the person that will reachout to you first.
So, there has been dark periods in my life I have kept to myself and suffered.
Old school, just kept going but when I did reach out it made me and people around me better.
They know something is wrong so they are in a dark place too.
So even if someone doesn't ask u R U OK, just be brave and share your story.
You could be saving both of you ❤️
