Accredited NCAS Level 1 Coach, RDA Level 1 Coach
Helping horse and rider gain confidence and experience through personalised training/handling & competition. I am dedicated in developing confidence, ability, balance and happiness between horse and rider. Accredited NCAS Level 1 Coach currently coaching at Jolong Park Riding school and training my horse Luna as a competitive eventing horse. I have been around animals all my life but mainly horses. I have been riding horses for over 20years (started when I was 6yrs old) with my progression to coaching from 2016. Specializing in retraining OTTB and Coaching Showjumping & Cross-Country. Through the years I have gained so much knowledge about horses that I wish to share it with others how to learn with your horse! I mainly have owned and ridden thoroughbreds but my experience has extended to other breeds over the years. I love helping horse and rider gain confidence and experience through basic training/handling & competition. I am also working towards to become a Bit Fitting Specialist so services for any bit fitting will become available.

🩷 Happy 17th Birthday Luna 🩷

Who would have thought we would make it this far 😂 Such full of life and endless energy which I constantly need to keep up with but love you so much and appreciate all those around me that continue to bring me encouragement to keep us both going.

Thats a wrap for the 2026 Off the Track Carnival and what an event it was!

6months ago I wasn't sure if we would make it but my goal was to enter and get Luna out there competing again. Second dressage comp and first Show Jumping competition back in a very long time.

1️⃣ First day got the better of both of us as Luna was not happy with the big speakers above the dressage ring which then ended up in us having some very tense moments in the tests on Friday.

2️⃣ Saturday was a lot better with me more focused and keeping Luna on the job rather than focusing on the the scary speaker 😅 still not our best score in the dressage but then managed a clear round in the ShowJumping.

3️⃣ Sunday was straight Show Jumping (both our favourite) with a clear first round and then an unfortunate rail in the second class resulting in missing out in the jump off but ended on 10th overall.

Thank you everyone that came and supported me in that massive atmosphere. Honestly just having luna fit and sound to compete again has been such journey and so happy to be out again. Luna now deserves a very well rested week before we start getting ready for our next competition.

I can finally share my achievement on getting my certificate, RDA level one coaching, which I have been working on in the past year.

As a coach, I am forever still learning new concepts and new ways to help all types of riders and horses.

Getting very excited about heading out to the Off the Track carnival next week.

Luna is in top form at the moment so now it's up to me to remember my dressage tests 😅 those that know Luna understand she isn't the easiest ride but she has been trying super hard to keep it all together even having a trot around the track in the blowing wind as nice as this is an achievement!

Absolutely stoked with Luna's performance yesturday at Mentone ARC Dressage Jackpot. We finished 12th in a big group of riders. First competition in 2.5 years and couldn't be happier with how we went. Big thank to everyone that supported me getting to this point. Just to be out competing again on Luna is a little stressful but also super rewarding when we get it right.

Thanks to my coach Belle for pursuing and believing in us and Rachael for always being there helping me as my comp mum/strapper 😂

The sun came out for a lovely weekend coaching. Yesterday I was at Balnarring Pony club for their monthly Rally and today at Langwarrin Pony Club. So many great young riders!

It’s been a long time between updates

Luna and I have been working hard to get back on track and head to our first Dressage competition in June after injuries. Between moving from full-time to slowly going freelance and coaching/riding privately these days and moving agistment last year it’s been a bit hectic. I’m finally finding some balance between work and actually spending time with my horses. Luna is back and we are in a fitness routine to suit what her mind and body can handle. Some days it’s hard and I feel like giving up but then we have some great moments.
The big test will be how she handles the competition environment again after so much time off. Fingers crossed we make it though it 😅

🦄 Weekly Private Lessons 🦄

I have limited availability for Private lessons for kids wanting lessons on a super safe pony on a weekly basis located in Lyndhurst. She is a more forward moving pony so unfortunately I am not offering to complete beginners with no horse experience.

Minimum requirements for rider:

Independent walk, trot & confident to canter on/off lunge
Rider Max weight: 50kg

1hour and 1.5hr sessions available Dressage, Jumping, mounted games or a fun trail ride. Groom and spend time with the pony before and after as part of the session times.

An initial assessment will be done before locking in weekly lessons. PM me for further details
