Hi, I’m Rory — a Melbourne-based cat sitter offering caring and reliable in-home cat care ❤️
I started Rory’s Cat Sitting because I know how important it is for cats to feel safe, comfortable, and relaxed in their own environment while their owners are away. Every cat has their own personality and routine, and I love getting to provide personalised care that suits their needs.
I’m also a cat mum myself, so I completely understand how much trust it takes to leave your pets in someone else’s care 🐾
I currently care for three cats of my own — Momo (9 years old, FIV+), Aurora (6 months old), and Winston (7 months old). Each of them has such different personalities, and living with them has given me even more understanding of kitten energy, senior cat care, and special health needs.
I also have hands-on experience managing cat flu and ringworm in the past, and I’ve helped care for my mum’s cat who has hyperthyroidism, including medication routines and monitoring. These experiences have helped me feel confident supporting cats with a range of needs and conditions.
My former cat Molly sadly passed away from cancer, and she taught me just how important it is to have someone gentle, attentive, and reliable caring for your animals when you can’t be there. That’s something I carry into every visit.
Whether it’s overnight stays, day care visits, or quick home visits for feeding and playtime, my goal is always to make your cats feel loved and cared for while giving owners peace of mind 🐾
