The very well overdue introduction of the newest member of this crazy animal family!

Valentino has officially been part of the chaos for a month now, and it’s about time he had his moment in the limelight.

I wasn’t expecting him to happen… but apparently fate had other ideas.

Ever since Alora joined the family almost four years ago, I’ve deliberated over adding another feline. I’d narrowed down my list of breeds and breeders, with Persians firmly sitting in my top three.
And lo and behold… here we are.
Our family tally is officially up one Persian. 😂

Valentino is 9 months old and is quite possibly the sweetest, snuggliest little man. He’s incredibly funny without even trying and has just the right amount of daft about him to keep you constantly entertained.

He was shown as a youngster and, all going to plan, will hopefully be stepping back onto the podium very soon.

Because between dog shows & trials and the fact that I now have a family of FOUR… why wouldn’t I embrace the crazy completely and add CAT SHOWS into the mix? 😂

I feel incredibly lucky to have been given the opportunity to welcome Valentino into our family. He has transitioned into our full household seamlessly, it feels like he was always supposed to be here.

Thank you, Karen, for your trust, support and guidance. The love you have for your cats is so evident in their confidence, temperament and immaculate condition, and I feel very fortunate to have one of them call my home his own.

It’s safe to say Valentino has already weaselled his stoopid little face firmly into my heart.

Hosted by Australia’s oldest cat club, founded in 1919, this prestigious cat show will bring together more than 80 beautiful cats for a day of competition and appreciation.

⭐ Watch live championship judging
⭐ See a variety of pedigree breeds and companion cats
⭐ Learn about different breeds, grooming and responsible cat care
⭐ Meet experienced exhibitors and breeders

This is a quiet and respectful spectator event rather than a busy pet expo. Families and children are welcome, but children must remain closely supervised and behave calmly around the cats and judging rings.
