A little love for Illustrators Australia ❤️

I’ve been a member for 20 odd years, and this wonderful not-for-profit network has supported me throughout my illustration career.

Now that the full set is out in the world, I thought I’d share a few of my favourites from the Kingswim Aussie Aquatic Creature Cards!

We created a range of 16 collectible cards, featuring various sea creatures + fun facts about each one. 💙

It was a beautiful job to work on with the genius designers at Department of Creative Affairs - thank you, what a joy! ✨

Sharing some more from the CFA (Country Fire Authority) rebrand collaboration.

Here are a few pages from the Fire Wise Kids program, featuring my illustrations and design by my sister Annie MacInnes including the beautiful, brand new logo.

Fire Wise Kids and Truck Time are part of the Country Fire Authority schools program and are available across Victoria through local CFA brigades, schools, kinders, community groups and public events.

Really proud to have contributed to a project focused on helping children learn important safety messages through creativity, play and storytelling. ❤️🚒

National Volunteer Week seemed like the ideal time to share some recent work with the brilliant team at CFA (Country Fire Authority).

As part of their major rebrand, I had the pleasure of creating a suite of new characters and illustrations, which also feature across their fantastic programs, Truck Time and Fire Wise Kids. The new brand identities and all associated collateral were designed by my sister Annie of annieworks: https://www.annieworks.com.au/cfa

I just wanted to share a few of my favourite pages from I CAN’T WAIT! My First School Poo, and introduce you to The Poo Crew! 💩
It was so much fun sneaking ‘The Poo Crew’ characters into scenes in subtle & unexpected forms.
I hope the kids enjoy finding them as much as I enjoyed illustrating them. ❤️

I can’t quite explain how thrilled I am about this collaboration with Kleenex AUNZ and the delightful Jessica Rowe! With guidance from Gen Muir of Connected Parenting and my sister Annie MacInnes on book design!

I CAN’T WAIT! My First School Poo is available for free at 120 early learning centres, libraries & health professionals across the country.

So chuffed to be a part of such an important campaign, helping Aussie kids feel more relaxed about pooing at school! ❤️💩

Aussie Aquatic Creature Cards!

Sneak peek of a beautiful project I had the pleasure of working on ✨

Starting today until 16th August children will receive a unique card with every swim! 16 cards to collect and 1,200 cards unlock a prize (a Kingswim towel, swim bag or beanie)!

I loved working on this special collection with Department of Creative Affairs and Kingswim 💙
