Thank you Bunny humans .Today was an easy day ,the kind I love but don’t come by all that often . I had 3 of my sweetest clients ,all 3 made my job easy .Their fur had been so well maintained or on schedule that they didn’t have to leave here naked . No groomer wants to shave down an animal ,it’s not the kind of groom you walk away from feeling proud . Some owners opt for shaving on a regular basis which is different ,it’s not because it’s the only option due to matting . When asked to shave down l will ‘IF’ they ability to keep them warm and cozy day and night,because their fluff is their only protection , but I love nothing more than leaving a nice little layer of fluff . I have to say a huge majority of my clients these days have dedicated fluffy bun owners ..Thank you ,it’s you that keep me enjoying my job .
I know times are tough ,life is expensive and I absolutely encourage people to get hands on with their fluffs , a little chop to shorten the coat every 4 weeks and then a brush can extend the times between needing professional grooming and as you gain experience you get better at it . The bunnies don’t know if their hair cut looks ridiculous as long as they are loved on . It’s very rare that my grooming kit gets brought into my home ,my own kids get terrible 1am haircuts with kitchen scissors 🤣70% of the time .
P.s how ridiculous is my Angora friend ,he was just having a snooze whilst I did my thing 🥰
