🐾 SALON POLICIES 🐾

To ensure the best experience for you and your furry friend, please take note of the following:

✂️ Rebooking
Please rebook your next appointment when picking up your dog to avoid disappointment.

🐶 Welfare Over Vanity
Your dog’s comfort and wellbeing always come first. We will not perform any grooming that may cause stress or harm.

⏰ Appointment Timing
Most grooming appointments take 1.5 to 2 hours.
Please return within this timeframe.
Late pick-ups will incur a fee of $10 per 15 minutes.

🧼 Matting Fee
If your dog is matted, an additional $20 fee will apply due to the extra care and time required.

Can all our customers who have grooms booked in the 3 weeks please message Bec on 0418574794 with your dog’s name and appointment date and time. Our calendar has glitched and all bookings have been deleted.
