Roxie is jet-setting off to Europe next week and we’re not ready to say goodbye 😭

To farewell our favourite Standard Poodle before she leaves Melbourne, we gave her a massive glow up so she’s all ready for her European adventure ✈️

Safe travels Roxie 🖤 & Kasia! We’re going to miss you!

With Christmas just around the corner, we’re tightening up our systems and making sure everything is in order before the Summer rush.

We’re taking the time to ensure every client profile is complete and up to date, including:
- current contact details
- your dog’s important information
- signed Terms of Service
- a card securely saved on your profile

We’ve also put together a summary of our salon policies so everything is clear and easy to refer back to.

If you receive a request from us to update or complete something on your profile, please take a moment to do so before your next appointment. It helps us keep everything running smoothly during our busiest time of year 🐕

We have a few Saturday appointments left for 2026 ✨

A few Saturday things to keep in mind: we have a reduced team on Saturdays, so we work by appointment only and require prompt pick-up once your dog’s groom is completed.

To secure your booking, a current card on file is required, with a 50% deposit charged at the start of the month of your appointment. We also kindly require 48 hours’ notice for any cancellations or reschedules.

Book online, or call or text the salon on 0403 803 605 📞
