Another hot day ahead of us, please remember to check on any elderly family and residents in your area, make sure your animals have fresh water and plenty of shade if they have to be out side (like horses and other farm animals) if your in a position please bring your dogs inside to enjoy the comfort of the AC and if your not in a position because you are not home please consider asking family or a friend if they can have them for the day. Or a pet sitter.
Please also keep and eye on our wild life these guys are going to need a helping hand to.

Be safe every and we do hope you all have a wonderful day despite the heat
Shout out from Mr Teddy who says stay cool like me guys and don't forget to stay hydrated

Every time there is extreme heat, it's essential to remind everyone because some people still haven't grasped the importance. Tomorrow's temperature is expected to soar to 42°C. Please don't walk your dogs in this scorching heat. One day without a walk won't harm them, but the scorching pavements will burn their paws within minutes. If you can't stand outside barefooted, then it's way too hot for your fur babies. I'm compelled to reiterate this crucial point: NEVER leave dogs in cars, even if it's just for a minute. If possible, bring them inside where it's cool and ensure they have plenty of water. This heat is perilous, so please ensure these needs are met for your pet. Let's also keep a watchful eye on the elderly, as the heat can be just as devastating for them as it is for our pets.

We were very lucky to look after Mr Bowie and Miss Lola a few weeks ago, perfect little house guest. Lola did especially well, given she has never spent a night without her mum and dad. These babies are always welcome, and we look forward to looking after them again
