So lucky that we’ve been able to build a shelter as well as a feed/ tack shack on the farm where the horses are now living.
Still adding finishing touches, but it’s in use and much appreciated in the Castlemaine heat. ☀️

Aquila Acres is now more aptly known as Aquila less than an acre. That’s the relocated Castlemaine version.
The eagle has landed.
The dog is off the chain
And the cat accepts a harness and lead.
Part 1 of house fence now complete.

Hey ya’ll,
Update for Aquila Acres followers and friends:
Programs with ponies have now come to an end.
We have packed up the farm and are heading off to new adventures soon.
So lucky to have been able to live the dream for 12 years.
Thankyou to friends, families, guests and clients who have supported us and enjoyed participating in programs on the farm.

Yes, Aquila Acres is now officially on the market. 🎬
We are so grateful to have lived the dream for 12 years, though now it’s time to embrace a new phase and create another story.🎥
Feeling blessed to have involved many hundreds of people, of all ages and abilities with pony activities, creating countless beautiful memories of shared experiences.

It’s a tough decision to wind up, but the time feels right and we are excited to explore a different life.

Don’t have all the answers yet, but I trust things will unfold and take hold in good time. 🌻

Never imagined that when I retired from teaching that I would be sooo busy and become so passionate about this farm, all the critters, the activities and the people who have been involved here.
Our lives have been enriched. 💗
The stablehouse bnb and pony programs will be winding up after the property sells.
