If your puppy seems to lose it in the evening, you’re not alone.
What looks like “too much energy” is often something else entirely.
For some puppies, it’s overstimulation and fatigue. For others, it’s a lack of structure, training, and meaningful outlets during the day. In many cases, it’s a mix of both.
The key is not simply doing more or less. It’s getting the balance right.
When you manage rest, build engagement, and create clear differences between calm indoor behaviour and more active outdoor time, things tend to settle.
