We’re so proud of our gorgeous boy Toby, who recently completed his eye examination under the ACES (Australian Canine Eye Scheme) and passed with flying colours!

Toby was an absolute superstar throughout his examination, he was so calm and well behaved while his eyes were examined with dilating drops and having lenses placed in his eyes so the vet could examine them under the microscope.

His results:

Progressive Retinal Atrophy (PRA): Unaffected
Goniodysgenesis: Unaffected
Adnexa: Unaffected
Cornea: Unaffected
Iris: Unaffected
Lens: Unaffected
Vitreous: Unaffected
Fundus: Unaffected
Gonioscopy: Wide open angles in both eyes, with normal, fine and well defined pectinate ligaments

Overall: Normal eye examination.

Health testing is an important part of our breeding program and we’re thrilled to have this excellent result for Toby as he continues his journey as one of our future sires

Toby had his first hand strip this week and we’re so pleased with how he’s maturing.

It’s amazing how much a groom can change their appearance and Toby is really starting to come into his own. He’s developing into a handsome young dog with a lovely expression, balanced proportions and a beautiful temperament to match.

We’re excited to watch him continue to mature over the coming months and look forward to seeing what the future holds for this boy.
