Ash is a rare gem!! It is hard to describe how much our dog Maggie (and now everyone in our family) loves her. Despite being quite a shy, sensitive dog who is generally nervous with strangers, Maggie immediately warmed to Ash; Maggie loves her kindness, warm voice and great sense of fun. Her eyes smile and her tail wags when I tell her Ash is coming!

Ash is also highly skilled with animals and leads. She gets our sweet, docile Maggie happy and exercising (when her signature move is just to lie down and sleep).

Ash is very observant, and has shown her initiative and experience in communicating details about Maggie's health and wellbeing without prompting, which has been very helpful. She is smart, well-organised, a fine communicator and utterly dependable. I feel very comfortable with Ash accessing our house to walk Maggie; she is responsible, cheerful and considerate- a complete delight to work with.

We initially asked Ash to care for Maggie while we were away during an overseas trip, and Maggie was clearly so happy, healthy and well upon our return (no small achievement for a very sensitive, attached dog!) that we now have Ash walk her on our longer days of work during the week as well. This has genuinely improved all our lives! Maggie is happier having company during the day, my husband is happier that I don't have to dash off to walk her as soon as we all get home and the kids and I have the delight of seeing Ash's beautiful walk diary videos and pictures of Maggie when we are away from her during the day.

I cannot recommend Ash highly enough. I would trust her 100% with our dog who is like a daughter and our home; thank you Ash for the great love you show Maggie and the brilliant work you do!!!
