‘Couscous’
Couscous is a striking 10-year-old OTT gelding with a big presence and a personality that makes him a favourite around the stable.
By Foxwedge (AUS) out of a Zabeel-line mare, he was lightly raced in Hong Kong (11 starts) before being given the time and correct re-education into his second career. He’s now been in consistent training for the past 3 years.
He stands a solid 16.3hh, more warmblood in type, with expressive movement and a real presence under saddle. He has established Novice results with placings every time he competes and is now confidently working at Elementary level with established flying changes.
Couscous was awarded Novice Reserve Champion in the 2026 OTT Dressage Series.
He enjoys a varied program and is happy in the arena, out on the hills, or a canter on the polo field and has remained sound throughout his training.
His movement is big and expressive at times, so he’s best suited to a confident rider who will enjoy his energy and continue to develop him.

Through recovery camps and equine-assisted programs, KIDS Foundation supports children to rebuild confidence and strengthen wellbeing, with access to lifelong support.
