It is with very very heavy and broken hearts that this message comes. Our beloved and quirky Kodah unexpectedly passed the rainbow bridge early this week.

This is absolutely devastating and we will miss him sorely. He has always had a special place in our hearts and we will always remember him 💙🐾

We appreciate everyone's patience and understanding during this time to allow us time to grieve this enormous loss.

🐾❤️ HAPPY TAILS ❤️🐾

"Adopting Koa and Hinata has been one of the best decisions I’ve made. They bring so much joy into my life every day — from their playful energy to their cuddles, they’re always keeping me entertained and smiling.

I originally adopted Koa on his own, but I quickly realised he would benefit from having a companion, especially when I’m at work. Bringing Hinata into the home was the best choice — they now spend their days playing, sleeping, and keeping each other company, which gives me so much peace of mind.

One thing I’ve learned is that having pets doesn’t stop you from living your life. I still work, go out, and do the things I enjoy, but I always know they’re safe, happy, and have each other when I’m not home.

I would absolutely encourage anyone considering adoption to take that step — and if possible, consider adopting two. It’s incredibly rewarding to watch them grow together."

🐾❤️ HAPPY TAILS ❤️🐾

"Adopting Finch was a bit of a gamble. He needed a home with another cat who could show him how to trust people, and I wasn’t sure our house was a perfect fit. When he first arrived, he was very shy and took quite a while to come out of his shell, preferring the company of other cats over people. Our resident cat, Elfine, is quite independent and initially only tolerated him, but Finch’s gentle persistence slowly won her over. Now they spend their days playing and chasing each other, even though Elfine still prefers her alone time. Finch follows her around closely, always keeping a watchful eye on his new companion. Over time, he’s also grown more comfortable with us and has started to enjoy human interaction, often seeking out a snuggle when Elfine isn’t nearby. It’s been incredibly special to see him build confidence and find his place in our home."

📢 Adoption day this Sunday! 🐾

Our team will be at Petstock Lismore between 10am and 1pm on Sunday 17th, providing information and adopting out some adorable kittens! 😍

Come on down and say hello, and maybe take a cute little furry member home...? If you are thinking you might adopt on the day, please prep the following to ensure smooth application process:
❤️photo ID with current address
❤️rental permission to have a cat (if privately renting we need a few extras)
❤️or rates notice if you own your own home
And of course, bring a carrier from home or plan to buy one on the day so you can take your fur-baby home!
