We really appreciate your generosity and support, which helps us give the animals in our care the best start possible.

We’re also very happy to share that these little ones have now all found their next steps, with some happily adopted into their new homes and others heading into rescue. 🐾🏡

A huge THANK YOU to Allowed to Grow Old for sponsoring another 10 parvo vaccinations last month through our Warm Paws Parvo Vaccination Program. 💉🐾

Their ongoing support helps protect vulnerable poundies from deadly parvo while they wait for rescue, adoption or their owners to come for them. Vaccination also gives rescue confidence to save 🙏

💔𝐒𝐚𝐝𝐥𝐲, 𝐨𝐧𝐞 𝐨𝐟 𝐭𝐡𝐞 𝟏𝟎 𝐯𝐚𝐜𝐜𝐢𝐧𝐚𝐭𝐞𝐝 𝐥𝐚𝐬𝐭 𝐦𝐨𝐧𝐭𝐡 𝐰𝐚𝐬 𝐒𝐜𝐨𝐮𝐭.

Scout was just 6 years old and had been surrendered to the pound. He was struggling to cope in the pound environment and deteriorated very quickly, and with no quick rescue or adoption, Scout was sadly euthanised 💔😭

Scout’s story is a reminder that time really matters for poundies. Protection from parvo is one part of keeping them safe, but getting them out of the pound is just as critical.

🐾 𝐓𝐡𝐞𝐫𝐞 𝐰𝐚𝐬 𝐬𝐨𝐦𝐞 𝐠𝐨𝐨𝐝 𝐧𝐞𝐰𝐬 𝐭𝐨𝐨.

Eight of the 10 vaccinated were puppies who had been dumped at the pound, and three have already been adopted directly from the pound. 🥰🏡

And 𝐌𝐚𝐱 𝐢𝐬 𝐬𝐭𝐢𝐥𝐥 𝐰𝐚𝐢𝐭𝐢𝐧𝐠 𝐟𝐨𝐫 𝐫𝐞𝐬𝐜𝐮𝐞. He is a 1yr old Kelpie X Rotti and a very nervous boy who needs patience while he builds his confidence. 💚

🐾 Cattle Dog Puppies – Pre-Adoption Expressions of Interest 🐾

We’ve had lots of interest in these gorgeous puppies since they arrived at our Animal Care Facility, and unfortunately, despite our efforts, we have had no luck locating their owner.

The puppies are not yet available for adoption, but we are now taking pre-adoption expressions of interest so that, once they are cleared and ready to go, we can help get them into their new homes as quickly as possible. ❤️

Adoption will include microchipping and desexing when they are old enough.

We’ve also been incredibly lucky to receive a flea and worming treatment for each puppy, which has been generously donated. A huge thank you to the Warm Paws - Supply Donations for Rural Pounds NSW Vaccination Program as well — all of these little ones will receive their first vaccination prior to adoption. 🐶💉❤️
