🐾 Update - The older Staffy has been collected, the family claim the pup is unowned and themselves and neighbouring families have been feeding this pup - any assistance to understand who this pups family is would be much appreciated 🐾

This male Staffy and male pup were placed into our Charmhaven facility night cages at 2:20am this morning with no notes.

Unfortunately the male pup is not microchipped and the microchipped owner on the Staffy claims to be an incorrect number.

🐾✂️ VOLUNTEER MOBILE DOG GROOMER NEEDED! ✂️🐾

We’re planning a fun fundraising event on Saturday 3rd October 2026 and we’re looking for a volunteer mobile dog groomer to join us on the day! 🐶❤️

If you’re a professional groomer with a mobile grooming setup and would love to lend a hand, help some gorgeous dogs look their best and be part of a great day supporting rescue, we’d love to hear from you! 🐕✨

📅 Saturday 3rd October 2026
⏰ Approximately 9am – 2pm

Come along, have some fun and help us raise much-needed funds for the animals in our care. Every bit of support makes a difference! ❤️

MEET THE CUTEST LITTLE TATTER TOT EVER 🥰

This little cutie patootie is, happy go-lucky, Bowie 🤍

Bowie is a 4yo lemon & white, Beagle. He is everything adorable and perfect about this wonderful breed, but on a much more chilled scale.

Bowie truly is a gorgeous little dude, with the perfect amount of happy, character, s***k and cheek. He is sure to make you laugh with his hilarious, engaging play style, bring you lots of fun with his eagerness to learn and be the best ever walking buddy.

Bowie is dog social, he is a chatty Cathie when approaching dogs, in his excitement, however, always the gentleman and a bit more of an independent soul. A home without cats is necessary for our little Beagle friend.

Bowie in his past life previously lived inside and was an active member of his family. However, sadly, in recent times, he has been outside, left to his own devices with minimal interactions. He is not a high maintenance boy despite his breed, a walk a day we have found is all he needs to make him happy. When he decides he’s had enough, he just lays down on the walk 😂 a super active family is not necessary for this cutie.

Bowie is a sweetheart, he truly deserves to be loved and apart of his family’s world in the way he desires. He has so much love to give and would make the ultimate family companion 🤍

P.s Bowie wanted us to let you know that he really, REALLY loves toys 🥰

Bowie’s adoption fee is $700 this includes - Microchip, desexing, lifetime registration, vaccination, flea and worming.

This senior lady was found in the Gorokan area and has been brought into our Charmhaven facility.

Unfortunately we haven’t been successful in contact her microchipped owner. She requires urgent vet care- she is being conveyed to the vets.

Congratulations to two fur babies settling into their forever homes this afternoon.

Isla has been in foster with her now forever family for a few weeks. Foster carers open their homes to give dogs like Isla a place to feel safe and loved until their forever family comes along. Sometimes without realising dogs like Isla are already home and with the paperwork being signed today it’s officially a foster fail for Isla and her family!

Our quiet girl Holly found her forever family today. We know that once settled in this sweetheart will love on all her human siblings and mum and dad with all her heart!

Happy Gotcha Day to these two cute babies. Enjoy your start of forever!

Today we saw 2 sweet souls sail off to their forever homes.

Our gentle giant Lightening found his new mum today and it was love at first sight. We know he is going to be one lucky boy.

Our cheeky boy biggie also found his new family and has a feline sister and 2 canine siblings waiting at home to meet him. Biggie is one loved boy already.

🤩 Donate an Adventure Walk for Moss 🤩

Moss’s story isn’t over yet. We are pleased to announce that Moss entered into a foster home only a couple of days ago.

But her support and training continues. With support from Waggy Travels Dog Training we would love to be able to give Moss the joys of an adventure walk twice a week. 1.5 hours out in nature, resetting, reconnecting, training, learning, spending time with her canine and human friends from Waggys and getting out and about while her foster mum is at work.

We know these sessions will only continue to help
Moss grow and improve and set her on the right path for success.
