💳 We’d love your feedback about card payments

We wanted to give our clients a little heads-up about a change that may affect how you pay us in the future.

At the moment, when you choose to pay by card, we pass on the % card processing fee that our payment provider charges us. If you prefer, you can avoid this fee by paying online or by cash.

Unfortunately, under upcoming changes to the rules, businesses will no longer be able to pass this card processing fee on to customers.

The tricky part for small businesses like ours is that the fee charged by the bank/payment provider doesn't disappear — we simply won't be allowed to recover it from the person using the card.

As a small business, absorbing this cost on every card transaction may not be sustainable. This means we are having to consider whether continuing to offer card payments will be financially viable.

💬 Before we make any decisions, we'd really love to hear from you.

If card payments were no longer available, would you:

👍 Be happy to pay by online payment or cash
❤️ Strongly prefer to keep card payments available
😕 Find it difficult or inconvenient without card payments

Please let us know in the comments — your feedback will help us understand how important card payments are to our clients and will be taken into consideration as we work out the best way forward.

Nothing is changing immediately, and card payments remain available for now.

MICROCHIP FEEDER. For anyone who has wondered if these work or are worth the $ I would without a doubt say YES!!! If you have multiple cats with different dietary requirements or even just one that steals all the food these are a game changer. They come with multiple bowl inserts so you can feed wet dry combinations and they are very simple to set up and use. You also get to know very quickly who eats how much as the door will only open for the right cat. As soon as the chipped cat is pushed out of the way by a piggy sibling the door closes and said piggy sibling gets nothing 🤣. They are available on pet circle web site. Happy Saturday
