To help us provide the safest and most relaxing grooming experience for every pup, please keep these friendly reminders in mind:
1. Grooming Time & Pick-Up
⏰ Grooming Duration
Appointments typically take 2–3.5 hours, depending on your dog’s coat condition, behaviour and salon’s schedule on the day.
📱 Pick-Up Notification
We will send you a text message as soon as your pup is ready for collection.
🐶 For Your Dog’s Safety
Please do not arrive early or enter the salon until you have received our pick-up message. In our open-plan salon, dogs can become very excited when they see their owners, making it unsafe for us to complete their groom.
2. Booking Ahead

We carefully limit the number of dogs we groom each day to ensure every pup receives the time, attention, and quality care they deserve.

We recommend booking at least 2-3 weeks in advance to secure your preferred appointment time. Alternatively, we can help arrange a recurring schedule that suits you and your pup.
