In May 2003, our extraordinary journey with REAL Boerboels began, all thanks to the amazing Mr. Stuart Spencer, a local breeder. With eager hearts, we welcomed two adorable puppies into our family, forming an unbreakable bond
with these majestic creatures. However, fate dealt us a devastating blow as our beloved companions were tragically taken by burglars' poisoning. Despite the heartache, our love for Boerboels only grew stronger. Undeterred by tragedy, we turned to Mr. Spencer once again, and a loyal male puppy joined our lives. For five precious years, he remained a steadfast companion until we bid him a tearful goodbye in 2008. In 2006, we also enriched our Boerboel family with a Boerboel Association of Zimbabwe (BAZ) registered female, carrying on the legacy of this remarkable breed. Before the year 2000, white farmers actively involved themselves in breeding, appraising, and showing Boerboels in Zimbabwe under the auspices of BAZ. Spencer decided to embark on a new adventure, leaving Zimbabwe for Australia. We deeply miss his invaluable advice and the wisdom he shared during our visits. Our connection with him transcended mere transactions; it was a profound bond nurtured alongside our four-legged friends. Adding to our Boerboel family, we joyfully welcomed another special puppy from a local breeder in June 2007. As the years flew by, this furry friend continued to fill our lives with boundless joy, loyalty, and playful antics. Fast forward to May 2013, a decade after our first encounter with Boerboels, our excitement soared to new heights as we received two pedigreed puppies from Giants Of Africa Boerboels in South Africa. A decade of observation, study, and admiration led us to this extraordinary moment, and we began our journey of serious breeding! Our dogs are more than just pets; they are cherished members of our family. They roam freely on our premises, sharing our home and lives with warmth and love. While we have comfortable kennels available, we prioritize the freedom of companionship. The kennels provide shelter during adverse weather and assist new additions in acclimating, ensuring our big, happy Boerboel family thrives.
