Things they don’t tell you before you enter farming.
What started as a heartbreaking day ended in gratitude.
Yesterday day, 12 of our cows were stolen (11 for our friend and our main breeding bull) . After nearly two hours of intense searching through the forest, we found them just at the Zambia–DR Congo border. Our quick response, determination, and teamwork made it possible to recover the animals.
Had we delayed by a few minutes the animals would have vanished.
This is a reminder to all farmers to stay vigilant and look out for one another. Livestock theft is real, but together we can protect what we’ve worked so hard to build.�

2-Overall Champion (Sheep)
3-Overall Champion (Dairy)
4-Best Overall Exhibit Fisheries and Livestock. Receiving these awards is a great honor, but today my heart remembers someone very special — my late father.
He may no longer be here physically, but his love, sacrifices, guidance, and prayers continue to live within me every single day. He taught me the value of hard work, humility, perseverance, and believing in myself even during difficult times.
There were moments when giving up seemed easier, but the lessons he instilled in me kept me moving forward. I only wish he were here to witness this moment, because so much of who I am and everything I have achieved is because of him.
A big congratulations to our partner’s Hapitec Investments Limited for also scooping best pig farmers and meat processors
