Van vandag, Sondag, 23 Augustus 2026 tot Vrydag 28ste Augustus, dan weer van. 30ste, 31 Augustus, 1ste September tot 4de Sept doen ek petsitting by mense se huis in Tulbagh omgewing.. Hulle eienaar bietjie break gevat vir 12dae..Hy sit in Frankryk, Paris. Wat n pragtige plek om te wees. Daar drink hulle goeie wyn en eet kaas en heerlike gebakte brode. Kan net n fees wees. Ek was lanklaas by die diere kinders maar die oomblik toe hulle my sien en stem hoor was dit net n gestert swaai van alle kante af.. Ek was bekommerd hulle my dalk vergeet, toe nie.. Die bulldog is my soft spot.. Syt fyn tjank geluidjies gemaak en haar kop teen my bene kom druk waar ek op stoel gesit het.. Was bang die 2 groter honde kinders spring my om toe ek sê ", hey, ouma het kom kuier" Hulle was omtrent op gewonde. Doen my hart goed al die liefde wat ek ontvang hier.. Ekt hulle treats gegee.. Snoep agter die kou goedjies aan.. Ek voel baie veilig by hulle.. Die Rottweiler wyfie hond was n puppy gewees maar syt gou in n volwaardige hond verander.. Die Rifrug was maar nog altyd n kwaai hond. In begin was ek maar versigtig vir hom.. Hom sy ruimte gegee in begin paar jaar terug toe ek kom petsit het hier vir 1ste maal. Gewag hy na my kom, dan weet ek hys gemaklik met my. Prins die kat vet geword, seker die lekker lewe hy hier het.. Ek gee nou net helfte van sagte sakkie kossies en n scoop katte pille ook.. How can you keep your animals safe and warm?

🏡Make sure animals have sufficient, warm shelter.
🐄Provide extra bedding to farm animals.
🐕Bring domestic pets like cats and dogs indoors.
💧Make sure animals have access to freshwater that is not iced over.
🐎For outdoors animals, give them waterproof shelter that is raised off the ground and dry bedding.
🐖Provide farm animals with dry feed and keep their shelters free from mud.

If you see an animal chained or left out in the cold, with no access to house, call your nearest SPCA please 🙏
