Equine Embryo flushing and transfer

The Grasslands team had the opportunity to do embryo work on top quality warmblood horses at a client..We are really greatfull for this opportunity.
The Embryo mare was sinchronised with recipient mares.
We did cool semen artificial insemination on the embryo mare and 7,5 days later the embryo was flushed out of the mare and then transfered to the recipient mare..
Unfortunetely the recipient mare didnt conceive after the transfer, but we are proud as a team that we could do this and will do definitely many more in the future.💪🏻🐎

Always good to have a Dairy Day!
We visit our only dairy farm frequently throughout the year to make sure they produce wholesome milk every day.
We do pregnancy diagnosis and disease testing throughout the year to make sure their fertility and milk production stays optimal.

This cow calved 2 days ago and the client noticed that no milk come out from the front quarters of the udder.We suspected blocked teats or mastitis.Luckily it was only blocked teats and after opening the teat canal with a tool and they had milk flow again.We are happy with the excellent outcome! Blocked teats can be a common issue in freshly calved cows, and prompt intervention is crucial to prevent complications like mastitis or reduced milk production.A swift diagnosis and treatment prevent more severe problems. Opening the teat canal with a specialized tool helped restore milk flow and ensure the cow's udder health.
