I was very angry when i read this post and started wandering that when are people going to start treating their pet dogs the right way when are they going to realise that just giving you dog food and water isn't enough in this case shelter was not even provided, gow do you expect you dog to use an outside toilet as a form of shelter, put yourself in their shoes, no socialization, not good shelter i wonder if the owner even plays with his dogs sometimes, so i you were those two poor dogs living in a situation like what would you have done? Im not saying the dog should've mauled the poor kids but what did you expect them to do?

They also deserve to be treated in a more humane way.
