🏆 CONGRATULATIONS TO ALAN & BILLY – BROCKLINTON & BROCKRISE KENNELS! 🏆

What an incredible week of field trialling in the UK! Four trials, three wins, and another Field Trial Champion added to the Brocklinton legacy!

A special congratulations to Alan and Billy on these outstanding achievements, particularly FTCH Brocklinton Nora, who became a Field Trial Champion at just 2 years and 4 months old, winning her Novice and Open stakes in the same season!

🇿🇦 WHY IS THIS SPECIAL TO LANDENVLEI?

We are incredibly proud that our own OFTW Brockrise Frankie of LandenVlei (Danny) is a son of FTCH Brocklinton Betty (Minnie).

Even more special is that Danny and Fred are litter mates, making this achievement particularly meaningful to us at LandenVlei.

This means that the same exceptional maternal bloodline behind these achievements also forms part of our breeding programme here in South Africa.

Congratulations once again to Alan and Billy! Your dedication to breeding and competing with outstanding working spaniels is an inspiration.

👏 From all of us at LandenVlei Working Spaniels, we wish you continued success and the very best at the upcoming championships!

🐾 EXCITING NEWS FROM LANDENVLEI WORKING SPANIELS! 🇿🇦

Our 2027 planned litters have been selected! 🐶

At LandenVlei, every mating is carefully considered. We don’t simply breed dogs — we strive to preserve generations of exceptional working ability, natural hunting instincts, intelligence and temperament.

We are delighted to introduce two exciting combinations for 2027!

🟢 LITTER 1 | DALE × ANGIE

Cudannsa Harris of LandenVlei (IMP UK) × LandenVlei Angelina

A carefully selected combination of distinguished British field-trial ancestry and established LandenVlei working bloodlines.

With a preliminary five-generation COI of just 0.39%, this pairing reflects our commitment to thoughtful pedigree selection, genetic diversity and proven working ability.

🟢 LITTER 3 | WILLA × DANNY

FTAW LandenVlei Wolla × OFTW Brockrise Frankie of LandenVlei (IMP UK)

A combination we are particularly excited to repeat!

Their daughter, LandenVlei Bella, has already established herself as an accomplished hunting dog at a high level, achieving 2nd place in an Open Field Trial in May 2026.

For us, there is nothing more rewarding than seeing the results of our breeding programme performing where it matters most — in the field!

🐕 WORKING DOGS FIRST. PETS SECOND.

Our goal remains unchanged: to produce intelligent, healthy, trainable English Springer Spaniels with exceptional natural hunting ability and balanced temperaments.

Whether destined for the hunting field, competitive field trials or an active family home, every puppy deserves the opportunity to develop its natural potential.

Four handsome boys and two beautiful girls! 🐾

Every puppy has its own personality, and watching them discover the world, gain confidence and develop their individual characters is one of the greatest joys of breeding.

At LandenVlei, we believe that a great working spaniel begins long before its first day in the field.

It starts with careful breeding, sound genetics, early experiences and the foundations we build from the very beginning.

These little gemstones have a wonderful journey ahead of them, and we look forward to sharing their adventures as they grow.

Six little gemstones. One proud LandenVlei family. A lifetime of adventures ahead! 💎🐾

🐾 First Taste of the Good Stuff! 🐶❤️

Our little LandenVlei pups had their very first taste of puppy mash… and judging by the evidence, it’s a HUGE hit! 😂

Food everywhere, messy little faces, full tummies, and very happy puppies! 🥰

We’re still working on the table manners, but the enthusiasm is definitely there! 🤣🐾

Full bellies, happy hearts, and absolutely no regrets! ❤️

🐾 A VERY SPECIAL LANDENVLEI LITTER 🐾

On 9 September 2026, Charlotte and Danny welcomed six beautiful puppies into the world.

This litter represents four generations of LandenVlei excellence, built on the legacy of our foundation pair, Jack and Ella, followed by Katie and Dale (IMP UK), and now Charlotte and Danny (IMP UK).

Pedigree Executive Summary

The pedigree brings together a strong combination of proven working English Springer Spaniel lines from the United Kingdom and South Africa. It includes multiple champions, field-trial and working dogs, and generations of carefully selected breeding focused on ability, temperament and soundness.

The dogs behind this litter represent the qualities we value most at LandenVlei: natural hunting instinct, excellent noses, trainability, biddability, stamina and a genuine desire to work. The pedigree also reflects a depth of established working bloodlines, with influential dogs appearing across several generations and a strong foundation of proven performance.

By combining Charlotte and Danny, this litter brings together complementary lines with the potential to produce versatile, hard-working and cooperative companions—dogs capable of thriving in the field while remaining responsive and enjoyable to train at home.

The pedigree speaks for itself, with many champions throughout the line. We expect these puppies to develop into biddable, trainable and hard-working dogs with excellent noses—everything we value in a true working English Springer Spaniel.

All six puppies are spoken for. Those already on our list can expect a WhatsApp from us shortly.

If you are interested in one of our future litters, please complete the application form on our website. This is the only way to join the LandenVlei waiting list.
